Learning objectives
Anti-bribery Compliance will help you strengthen your skills to exercise good judgment and take appropriate steps when faced with situations involving possible bribery. You will learn when gifts, entertainment, and hospitality are acceptable, and when you need to seek authorization, why you must exercise particular care when dealing with public officials, and what red flags to look out for when engaging third parties such as agents.
