Welcome to Valmet’s safety training for site leaders! We are dedicated to creating safe, healthy work sites so that each of us gets home safe from work every day. A project cannot be successful otherwise.
This training is for project managers, site managers, supervisors, advisors, commissioning managers and all other leaders who have a special role in managing safe operations and making safety a clear and visible priority on site.
It consists of three modules and a quiz:
Module 1: Know it – Safety responsibilities on site
Module 2: Believe it – Safety mindset on site
Module 3: Show it – Safety tools on site
Spotlight is a tool for managing events related to health, safety, environment (HSE) and continuous improvement (CI) related to Valmet operations. This material will tell how to use the First report portal of the system.
System is targeted for reporting all incidents, non-conformities, near misses, observations and improvement ideas in Valmet locations and Valmet´s customer sites.
HSE and CI event reporting develops Valmet’s safety and continuous improvement culture and prevents similar events in the future.
